Okay so i'm technically not shopping in the rain and it most likely wouldn't be a glorious feeling but that's what online shopping was created for right!

Throw over a Draped Gathered Cardigan.

Adorn some weather friendly ankle boots in the style of the following Leather Buckle Boot to look stylish while keeping those feet dry! 

I recommend avoiding canvas and suede but on a rare summers day, ditch the tights and throw on a pair of Floral Sports Espadrille.
